Hi, I wanted to comment on your photos. They look excellent. If you don't mind me asking, what are the specs on the lens you're using (Focal length and aperature)? I would like to buy a similar lens for taking pictures of my daughter.

Most of my pictures are taken with a 50mm f/1.4 lens. That is a great lens. I do however recommend the 50mm f/1.8 which is only about $100 and it works magic as well.
Thanks Rachel! Do you find you use it wide open or stop down to f/2 or 2.8 most of the time?
